Performer is a monthly magazine dedicated to being a resource for independent musicians. In publication since 1991 and distributed nationally with about 60K copies in circulation.


Freelance music journalist. Initiated a Seattle-related news section. Reviewed CDs and live shows, conducted interviews with musicians, and maintained relationships with publicists across the Northwest. Notably, my article on Hey Marseilles was the cover story of the December 06/January 07 issue of the magazine and I worked with a local photographer to produce the cover shot.
