The new Seattle Art Museumweb site offers a welcoming and accessible user experience; builds culture through intuitive design and fun discovery; incorporates SAM’s website into the end-to-end experience for vistors from all walks of life; and offers art resources that enrich the everyday.

Content ManagerLead content strategy, copy, and project timelines and deliverables. Ensure content meets brand standards, voice, tone, and aligns with strategic goals. Collaborate with stakeholders on content changes. Migrate content to new CMS. Maintain documentation on web content best practices.


UX
Work with design and developer teams to analyze user flows. Assess accessibility and inclusiveness. Develop, conduct, and report on Phase 2 user testing.
